Zero complaints from here. Everyone who is working is really helpful. They also seem to be happy around each other and customers. Went in for an eye exam and wasn't expecting much. I've been around town and all other optometrist seems to push for glasses sales rather than give you a good exam first. My exam here was above and beyond. The doctor took a lot of time to figure out my situation with my eyes and answered all my questions. The doctor or staff didn't once push me to buy glasses. I needed some anyways because my prescription adjusted and the sales team was just as great. Glad I came and will continue to do so

I don't have medical insurance and had an issue with my eye. They got me in Same Day within a couple hours and gave me a cash pay discount. They were very good, very polite, very affordable, and I'm glad I chose them!

Dr Dechant is wonderful. I was having eye pain yesterday and my optometrist Dr Burnett did not offer a same day apt so I went to Urgent Care. The ultraviolet light was not working so the Nurse Practitioner (NP) assumed I had corneal abrasion based on my symptoms. I had mentioned to the NP that I felt a foreign body under my eyelid but she didn’t know how to “flip the lid”. Today the pain remained. I called Family Vision as a new patient and the front staff was very caring and concerned (as I was) and offered an apt within several hours! Dr Dechant did a complete exam and I have a corneal abrasion and he also flipped my eyelid and removed a foreign body!! I immediately had relief. I will see Dr Dechant for future care and my husband plans to switch too. Thank you Dr Dechant and your office staff. June Rogers

I needed an urgent appointment and my optical center could not fit me in. I received a referral here, Emily was both empathetic and supportive, she took the time to speak with Dr. Fischer who made time in his busy schedule to see me. I am so appreciative and highly, highly recommend. Huge thank you to all who assisted me, you are definitely the best!!!
